Your property will be listed on the Mister Real Estate and Australian Realtors and Domain.com.au web sites connected to a world wide search machine for properties in the Redcliffe and surrounding areas. The internet is becoming a very important part of everyday life for generating buyer inquiry.

Presentation Tips

Attention to detail in the presentation of your property for sale is very important. The first impressions to a potential buyer could well determine how successful you are in selling your property.

Brochures

As many brochures as required are printed off in full colour with up to five photos and description of the property and hand out to local inquiry and mail outs to prospective buyers on our data base.

Mini Magazine

We regularly print out a colour mini magazine of properties listed for sale at our two offices and make them available to the public as hand outs or mail outs.

For Sale Sign

We provide a 900 x 600 sale sign erected on your property. A personalised 1200 x 1200 display sign can also be arranged if required.

Open House

We can organise to open your property for inspection. An open house is a good idea to present your property at its very best for a specified time. Suggest for an hour only on Saturday.

Group Inspection

A thorough inspection of your property by all sales personnel at the offices and interested parties.

Inspections

We try to give you as much prior notice as possible so your property can look at its very best and not to inconvenience you or your tenants.

The sales representative will keep you informed regularly, comments from prospective buyers on suitability, price, presentation or offer to buy.
